Located directly on the beach in La Tranche-sur-Mer, La Résidence de LOcéan is a colonial-style property offering self-catering accommodation. There is a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a large terrace. La Résidence de LOcéan can offer, at an extra cost and upon request, massages or beauty treatments.
All accommodation features a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. the bathrooms are fitted with shower or bath. Some of them also feature a terrace or balcony and a sea view.
Grocery shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance and private parking is possible on site upon request. Guests can take a 10-minute walk to the ferry terminal which goes to Ile-de-Ré.
La Roche-sur-Yonne and its train station are a 45-minute drive from the property. La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport is 64 km away while Les Sables dOlonnes Train Station is 49 km from Vacancéole - Résidence de LOcéan.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option, after booking, from the Vacancéole Client Area.
Pets are allowed (1 max.accommodation) with supplement (12€ day and 65€ week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (from 5 units) specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount when booking and free cancellation possible until D-42. Please contact us.
Photo identification and a credit card will be requested upon check-in.
A bank statement of €300 is requested upon arrival, as a deposit, then collected after the stay provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory check compliant).
Every bather must wear a swimsuit (traditional swimming trunks, one- or two-piece swimsuit). For reasons of hygiene, long suits, swim shorts, and more generallyloose clothing are prohibited.
